Design & Engineering

EverJack® is engineered to deliver uniform, long-lasting structural support for crawl spaces, basements, and similar load-bearing applications.

  • Built to support concentrated loads up to 8,400 lbs.
  • Manufactured from Fiber Reinforced Composite, corrosion-resistant for durability in all climates.
  • Designed in compliance with International Building Code (IBC) and International Residential Code (IRC) requirements.
  • Evaluated and tested for use at temperatures as low as -20°F

Key advantage: Unlike traditional jacks, EverJack® eliminates point-loading and distributes weight evenly, ensuring flooring stability and structural safety over time.

Installation Instructions

EverJack® is designed for efficient, straightforward installation:

  1. Place the jack assembly on a solid footing (such as concrete or engineered foundation pads).
  2. Ensure uniform load transfer to prevent shifting or uneven pressure.
  3. Adjust the threaded top cap for precise leveling to the maximum amount allowed per the documentation and labels on the EverJack.
  4. Tighten and secure per standard crawl space installation practices.
  5. For best results, follow ICC-ES evaluation report ESR-4900 and applicable state/local building codes.

⚠️ Note: Follow the Installation Manual for proper placement and spacing to ensure the EverJack is not overloaded. Contact a Structural Engineer if unsure.
