• If 14+ Original EverJacks are ordered, the Shipping Calculation will automatically trigger freight shipments (pallet supporting boxes). If buyer does not have a freight loading dock for pallet/s drop off, buyer must choose a shipping option with “liftgate delivery” to ensure a truck with a liftgate delivers the pallet/s and lowers the pallet down from the truck height to the ground. Buyer selecting “liftgate delivery” must be present to direct the driver where to place the pallet. Contact us for tracking information for “liftgate delivery” shipment.
