🏠 Homeowner Questions

Q: Do I need to check or maintain my EverJack® after it’s installed?

A: No. Once installed correctly, EverJack® requires no ongoing maintenance. It’s engineered to remain stable and secure for a lifetime.

Q: Is this a new, unproven product? How long has EverJack® been on the market?

A: Crawl space jacks have been used in construction for decades. EverJack® combines that proven system with modern engineering and advanced materials. Since its launch in 2024, hundreds of homes have EverJack® installed, and adoption continues to grow quickly across the U.S.

Q: Will moisture or temperature changes in the crawl space loosen the jack over time?

A: No. EverJack® uses a precision-engineered thread system that cannot self-turn due to moisture or intense temperatures. Independent testing showed that even at very cold and very hot temperatures the EverJack does not shift or loosen.

Contractor & Code Compliance Questions

Q: Is EverJack® code-approved?

A: Yes. EverJack® carries an ICC-ES Evaluation Service Report (ESR-4900), verifying compliance with International Building Code (IBC) and International Residential Code (IRC). Inspectors can reference the ESR for approvals.

Q: Can EverJack® replace concrete piers during a foundation retrofit?

A: Yes. EverJack® can be used in place of concrete piers as long as it’s installed according to code and the Installation Manual / Use Limitations. In areas where seismic retrofits (EBB) are required, EverJack® is fully compatible with those projects.

Q: How long does installation take?

A: Most installs take just 5 minutes per Original EverJack once the crawl space is prepped — much faster than pouring new footings. The Al-in-1 EverJack can be installed in 1 to 2 minutes.

Warranty & Support Questions

Q: What kind of warranty do you offer?

A: EverJack® comes with a 10-year warranty. If a part ever fails, simply contact us and we’ll send a replacement — no questions asked.

Q: Will you send a contractor to replace the jack under warranty?

A: No. Like all structural support manufacturers, we supply the part but do not perform the installation. Any repair or replacement should be done by a licensed contractor.

Q: What if my floors settle again after installation?

A: EverJack® is designed with 2.5” of built-in adjustability, allowing quick re-leveling without replacing the entire unit.

Ordering & Product Questions

Q: How much weight can EverJack® support?

A: Independent lab testing confirms:

  • Ultimate load capacity: 25,195 lbs.

  • Allowable load: 8,398 lbs (with 3.0 safety factor).
Q: Where is EverJack® made?

A: 100% made in the USA (Texas), using American made aerospace-grade composites.

Q: How soon will my order ship?

A: Orders usually ship within 1–2 business days directly from our U.S. facility.
